Returns

Easy returns

We offer a thirty day, no-questions-asked returns policy. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all accessories and insert materials intact.

For some items, if the package has been opened, there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price deducted from the refund.

Before you send an item back, you must obtain a Return Authorization by emailing us at info@telescopespace.com. At this time we will provide you with shipping instructions. We suggest you purchase order tracking or delivery confirmation. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, of course we will pay for return shipping.

Once the item has arrived at the warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for the return to be inspected and processed and your refund to be issued electronically to your credit card.

Items not eligible for returns

  • Items that do not have a Return Authorization issued by us.
  • Items that have been used.
  • Large orders of many items (for large orders, for example school orders, please call us to arrange a sample order first).

Damaged or defective items

If you receive an item that has been damaged or is defective, please contact us right away. Keep all packaging materials and take photos if possible.

Explore Scientific Mak Cas 152 with EXOS2GT MOUNT

I did considerable shopping around and finally decided to buy my 152 Mak from Telescope Space. Ryan was very helpful with all my questions concerning Explore Scientific and my specific purchase. After a short period using my scope and mount, the mount seemed to have more play than it should have. Ryan had the Explore Scientific owner call me directly, where he immediately offered to exchange my mount. He also had the factory ship out the new mount while I was still using my original unit. Excellent service and sales support from both Ryan at Telescope Space and Explore Scientific. I will buy again from Telescope Space!
